In 1868, the hundred of Troedyraur contained the following places:
"TROEDYRAUR, a hundred, county Cardigan, contains the parishes of Aberporth, Bangor Teifi, Bettws Evan, Blaen-Porth, Brongwyn, Henllan, Llandy-friog, Llandygwidd, Llanfair-Orllwyn, Llanfair-Tref-Helygon, Llangoedmore, Llangunllo, Llechryd, Mount, Penbryn, Tremain, Troedyraur, Verwick, and parts of Dihewyd, Kilie Ayron, Lampeter, and Llanerch Ayron."
